Terms and Conditions
- Private consultations must be paid for in full at the end of the consultation.
- In order to secure a place on the workshop a 25% deposit must be paid at time of booking and the remaining amount to be paid either on the day or within 7 days of the workshop taking place. In the event that the workshop is cancelled by Fashion Pixie a full refund of any monies paid will be given.
- Payment for seminars & presentations must be paid within 28 days of the event taking place.
- For hygiene reasons earrings can only be returned if they are faulty and a full refund will be given.
- A full refund will be given to any returned goods if purchased within 14 days and must be accompanied with either a receipt or invoice provided by Fashion Pixie at the time of purchase. Any items returned after the specified time limit will not be entitled to a refund.
- Clothing must be retuned in an unworn condition with all tags attached and must be returned with either a receipt/invoice provided by Fashion Pixie or the original receipt where the items were purchased. A refund will only be provided if the items are returned within 14 days of purchase.
- If you find an item of clothing but it is not in your size, we can order the item for you. Payment must be provided at time of the order. When the item has been received you can collect it directly from us or we will post it to you at an address of your choice. An additional charge of £3 will be added to cover Postage and Packaging. If we cannot obtain the item you can either choose an alternative garment or request a refund.
- Payment for shopping excursions must be paid at the end of the shopping trip. If you do not purchase any items on the shopping day the full fee will still apply. If a second trip is necessary this will be offered at a discounted rate of 50%.
- A deposit of 25% would be required at the time of booking for the Full Image consultancy plus Photo shoot. The remaining amount must be paid at the end of the photo shoot.
- Wardrobe organisation must be paid at the end of the session. For interest of safety the consultant may ask that the contents of the wardrobe to be removed from the bedroom and the consultation to take place in another room.
- We (Fashion Pixie) do not accept any responsibility if any advice given at the time of the consultations does not provide the client with the lifestyle changes that they hoped.
- We (Fashion Pixie) do not accept any responsibility for contracts entered into with other companies or individuals even if they referred to or recommended by us. Should any dispute between the said companies or individual arise this will be between them and the client.
- Cancellation must be provided within 48 hours of the consultation. Failure to cancel within the stipulated time period will incur a cancellation charge of 50% of the consultation fee. No-shows will incur a cancellation fee for the full consultation charge. Cancellation fees will only be waived at our (Fashion Pixie) discretion.
